Participation Unit Airdrop

When Participation Units are activated:

• 80% of the Unit’s value is distributed as a NodeLink Token (NLK) airdrop

• Since each Unit costs $25, this corresponds to $20 worth of NLK per Unit

Airdropped NLK tokens are:

• Locked for 5 years, until the end of duration of the NX1 Home Station contract

• Released gradually over 120 days after the lock period ends

This mechanism aligns infrastructure participation with the long-term growth of the NodeLink network.
