11th March - Launch of Node Centre

We have successfully released the Node Centre, a new infrastructure management hub within the NodeLink Portal. This feature provides users with a centralized environment to connect, monitor, and manage their NodeLink-powered machines along with the applications running on them.

The Node Centre acts as the operational control panel for a user’s machines within the NodeLink ecosystem, enabling seamless interaction between users, their machines, and decentralized services running across the network.

Accessing the Node Centre

Users can access the Node Centre directly from the platform navigation.

Navigation Path:

  • NodeLink Portal → Node Centre

Once opened, the Node Centre displays all machines linked to the user’s account along with their operational status and system metrics.

Machine Linking & Management

Users can link NodeLink-compatible machines to their account once the Extension is delivered. The machine can be activated using its serial number or activation credentials.

After successful linking:

  • The machine is registered under the user’s account

  • It appears within the Node Centre dashboard

  • The machine begins communicating with the NodeLink network

This allows the machine to participate in the NodeLink infrastructure ecosystem.

Machine Dashboard & Performance Monitoring

The Node Centre dashboard provides a consolidated view of all connected machines and their operational metrics.

Each machine displays key information including:

  • Machine name and Online / Offline status

  • CPU usage

  • Memory usage

  • Storage utilization

  • Installed applications

  • Machine uptime

Users can also review detailed operational telemetry including runtime hours, uptime reliability, and system resource usage, enabling them to monitor machine efficiency and performance.

Historical machine data is also available, allowing users to review activation date, uptime history, resource usage trends, and long-term machine performance.

The Node Centre integrates directly with the NodeLink App Store, where users can browse and install proprietary applications designed to run on NodeLink machines.

Applications available include services related to:

  • decentralized infrastructure

  • network utilities

  • data storage solutions

  • compute services

  • NodeLink ecosystem services

Users can install and manage applications directly from the machine dashboard.

Application Management

Within each machine dashboard, users can manage all installed applications. The platform displays:

  • Application name

  • Version

  • Installation date

  • Status

  • Software License or voucher activation status

Users can install new applications and monitor application-level resource usage from the same interface.

Application Voucher System

Node Centre introduces an application voucher system, allowing users to unlock applications without directly purchasing them.

Vouchers may be distributed through:

  • NodeLink promotions

  • Machine packages

  • Ecosystem partnerships

  • Network incentive programs

  • Referral rewards

Users can redeem vouchers directly inside the Node Centre to activate applications, enabling access to premium apps, trial services, or promotional software licenses.

Resource Usage Visualization

The Node Centre provides visual performance charts for:

  • CPU usage trends

  • Memory consumption

  • Storage utilization

  • Machine uptime history

These visual insights help users quickly understand machine behavior and infrastructure performance.

The Node Centre functions as the bridge between users, their machines, and the NodeLink network infrastructure.

Through this feature users can:

  • connect and activate machines

  • deploy and manage applications

  • monitor infrastructure performance

  • manage vouchers and application access

This release significantly enhances the ability for users to participate in and manage their infrastructure within the NodeLink decentralized ecosystem.
