Phase 2 begins once a strong physical foundation exists.

Key objectives:

• Launch and scale native services (connectivity, security, privacy, etc.)

• Integrate partner DePIN projects

• Activate enterprise and B2B contracts

• Expand service offerings to both node owners and external users

During this phase:

• The infrastructure starts generating meaningful operational revenue

• Ecosystem synergies accelerate network value

• The node network transitions from deployment to utilization
