ROLE-BASED MATCHING BONUS

In addition to the Role-Based Bonus, leaders may earn a Matching Bonus when they develop other qualified leaders.

How it works:

• If a downline participant qualifies for a Role-Based Bonus

• And their direct or indirect upline also qualifies

• The upline earns a 20% Matching Bonus on the Role-Based Bonus earned by that downline

Key Rules:

• Matching applies only to Role-Based Bonuses

• Maximum Matching Bonus: 20%

• Paid in USDN

• Differential logic applies (only paid when role requirements are met)

• Subject to standard internal distribution rules
