# 12th May - Fast-track program — Activation, Growth, Leadership

The Fast-track Program is a structured, time-based promotion designed to guide the path from participant to leadership (N1–N4).

It combines:

* Infrastructure activation
* Structured growth
* Leadership qualification
* Participation-based rewards

The program creates a clear progression:

**Activation → Growth → Leadership**

## Program Structure

The Fast-track Program is built around three core steps:

* **Activate**
* **Build**
* **Lead**

This structured model enables participants to move efficiently toward leadership through defined actions and timelines.

## Step 1 — Activate

To access the full program, the participant must:

* Purchase 1 Nx1 Machine
* Activate 100 Participation Units

Reward:

+10 Participation Units (entry activation bonus)

#### Limited Access Option

Participants may activate only 50 Participation Units.

In this case:

* +3 Participation Units are received
* Full program access is not unlocked

Participation Units define the scale of infrastructure participation.

## Step 2 — Build (30 Days)

Participants then have **30 days** to:

* Sponsor 5 participants

Each participant must activate:

* Nx1 Machine **or**
* Participation Units

**Reward:**

+10 Participation Units

## Step 3 — Lead (Next 30 Days)

Participants then have an additional **30 days** to:

* Reach at least **Role N1**
* Build at least **2 structured lines**

Roles are based on VP generated from team activity.

**Outcome:**

Unlock USDN-P rewards

## The 3-Step Path

**Activate**

* Start with 1 Nx1 Machine + 100 Participation Units
* Receive +10 Participation Units

**Build**

* Sponsor 5 participants in 30 days
* Receive +10 Participation Units

**Lead**

* Reach N1–N4 in the next 30 days
* Unlock USDN-P rewards

## Leadership Achievement Rewards

| N2   | 15,000 VP        | 975 USDN-P      |
| N3   | 30,000 VP        | 2,625 USDN-P    |

The higher the leadership level achieved, the greater the reward unlocked.

## How Rewards Are Handled

#### Participation Unit Bonuses

* Do not generate commissions
* Allocated in a Bonus Wallet

#### USDN-P Rewards

* Automatically linked to your Nx1
* Follow USDN Program mechanics

### Important Conditions

* Rewards are unlocked only within the defined timeframe
* The program is participation-based and performance-dependent
* No guaranteed outcomes
* Results depend on network activity and qualification
* Rewards are utility-based incentives tied to participation

## Final Note

The Fast-track program is designed for New Members who want to boost their progression toward leadership through structured activity and qualification.

## Already Joined Before May 2026?

New members who joined between January 20, 2026 and May 1, 2026 may also access the Fast-track Program by meeting the activation requirements below.

#### If they currently have:

* 1 Nx1 Machine
* Less than 50 Participation Units activated

Required action:

* Increase activation to a total of 100 Participation Units

#### If they currently have:

* 1 Nx1 Machine
* More than 50 Participation Units activated

Required action:

* Purchase an additional Nx1 Machine
* Activate 100 Participation Units on the new machine
